SBK, Rea: "Most will be a different story than last year"

"I know I can be fast this time. I struggled a lot in 2021, but now the track has improved, and the Kawasaki is more competitive."

SBK: Rea:

The Superbike arrives at Most, and Johnny Rea aims to put an end to that lack of victories since Estoril. The Cannibal’s last win dates back to May, and he definitely wants to reverse this course after the difficulties he's recently encountered.

Johnny is confident: "This is the last race before the summer break, and it’s always exciting," he said. "We have to  try to end with the best momentum possible. Last season, Most was a new circuit for everyone, so we had to learn a lot. We hadn't tested on this track, and it was a harder weekend than we expected."

Rea wants to write a new chapter: "With all the data acquired last season and the improvements made to the Ninja ZX-10RR, I expect to start out fast," he said. “I like the circuit, and they worked very hard to improve it and resurface many areas, so I expect a race that’s very different from the 2021 one. The goal is to maximize our opportunities and get the  most points."
