MotoAmerica, Petrucci: "I have to win and stop Gagne, for points and mind"

"In Minnesota I need to get back to victory and try to stop Jake somehow. At WDW I found everything I was missing"

MotoAmerica: Petrucci:

MotoAmerica lands in Minnesota for the eighth round of the season and there is a desire for revenge from Danilo Petrucci. On Tuesday the rider from Terni flew to the States after the weekend in Rosso spent in Misano.

We had the chance to intercept Petrux, who gave us a few words before embarking for America: "WDW was a beautiful event," he said, "I really missed the contact and the warmth from the public. It is always spectacular to experience such an event with the Ducatistas and all the people who love motorcycles."

Now, however, it's already time for new challenges: "We're racing in Brainerd this weekend," he recalled, "I've tested there in the past and this time the track will not be unfamiliar. A small, narrow track, very special compared to traditional European tracks."

The goal on Danilo's part is clear: "I need to get back to winning ways and stop Gagne in some way," he warned, "I need to find the victory again, both for points and for the mind, since I am now second in the Championship and have not been on the top step for several races".
