MotoGP: Bagnaia: car accident in Ibiza and alcohol level over 3 times the allowed limit

Pecco Bagnaia's holidays in Ibiza have not been going smoothly. According to reports from the local newspaper Diario de Ibiza, the Ducati rider went off the road with his car shortly after 3 am on Tuesday, without involving any other car in the accident.

The Guardia Civil and the Sant Josep local police rushed to the scene and subjected Pecco to an alcohol test, finding him well outside the permitted limits. In Spain, the limit is 0.25 mg / l, while Bagnaia is reported to have had 0.87 mg / l.

Spanish law requires in these cases that the driving license be confiscated, and he has to undergo a quick trial.
