"I am really proud to be here for the first time with the Suzuki Ecstar team - the Italian manager said – with almost 25 years of experience in motorcycle racing, first with the Benetton team, then Ducati for eleven years and another eight in Honda HRC. After that experience I decided to switch off. Then Sahara-san lately contacted me asking if I was interested in returning to MotoGP and I honestly thought it was a great opportunity to come back with a great squad and great riders and here I am. "
