The first tests of 2022 for MotoGP will get underway tomorrow at Jerez, with two days of testing with all the riders. The action, however, has already begun today on the Spanish circuit, with the test riders out on the track. Only Ducati has decided not to take part in this day, having already tested here with Michele Pirro about ten days ago.

Aprilia, KTM, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha, on the other hand, are already hard at work.

For the Noale manufacturer, in addition to Lorenzo Savadori there is also Vinales, because by taking advantage of the concessions, factory riders can also participate in this test. Maverick is using this opportunity to improve his adaptation to the RS-GP, while Aleix Espargarò will only get on the bike tomorrow.

Honda is carrying on its development work with Stefan Bradl, Sylvain Guintoli is on the GSX-RR, Dani Pedrosa on the KTM, while Cal Crutchlow is on the Yamaha, again with Silvano Galbusera at his side.

The official timing service is not available on this test day reserved for test riders.
