The Portimao track is likened to a roller coaster due to its continuous changes in elevation reminiscent of a carousel. Taming a MotoGP bike on those ups and downs is certainly not easy and the almost 300 hp beasts sometimes seem to want to take flight. Which is exactly what Jack Miller did on his Ducati.

A big fan of motocross, the Australian is used to hovering in the air but perhaps he did not expect to do it with the Desmosedici. This sequence of photographs immortalized by the skilled eyes of the photographers of the Milagro Agency (Gigi Soldano, Tino Martino and Alex Farinelli) caught him with both wheels off the ground.

Composed style, perfect landing, Jack deserves a 10 for his performance.
