In a week, Valentino Rossi will probably dispel doubts about his future, but it'll also be the start of the final part of this 2021 season. A year during which he moved to the Petronas team, but also one which gave him little satisfaction on the track. The Doctor never managed to achieve a GP, in which he was competitive from start to finish, and the rankings are crying.
With half the championship still ahead of him, his goal is to become a star again, and it’s Valentino himself who affirmed this in the video you can watch above.
“The start of the season was not fantastic for me because I struggled a bit,” he admitted. “ I know it's difficult, because the level of the riders and all the bikes is high in the MotoGP. We’ll have to fight hard, but I expect more, and I want more. We’ll try to get better results and work hard for the second half of the year.”
