The FIM, RKB-F1 Motorsport and Santander Salt are delighted to announce that with the 24 Hours Motos being re-scheduled for 11-13 June, the opening two races of the 2021 FIM Sidecar World Sidecar Championship will therefore take place on Friday and Saturday of that weekend.

This is the news everyone was hoping to hear and means that the season will start in spectacular fashion at the Bugatti circuit, one of the most famous circuits in the world.

The FIM would like to thank RKB-F1 Motorsport team, the organisers for their hard work and to the French Federation (FFM) and Eurosport Events promoters for cooperation.

Furthermore, the promoter is currently working on a summer date for the round announced TBA at the beginning of the season and previously scheduled for 23-25 April.

The new venue and date in July will be announced shortly.
