The protocol to which all paddock staff in MotoGP must undergo is very stringent, with continuous checks to avoid Coronavirus infections. The first measure they have to undergo is a swab upon arrival at Doha airport. Only a negative result allows you to leave your room in the hotel and go to the circuit.

Unfortunately, yesterday, four technicians tested positive and were placed in isolation, thus not being able to take part in the tests that began today at the Losail circuit. These are three people who work for Ducati (two in the Avintia Sky VR46 team with Luca Marini and one in the test team with Michele Pirro) and another who is part of Yamaha's technical staff.
