MotoGP: Tests in Portimao for Rossi and the VR46 riders postponed due to bad weather

Today and tomorrow Valentino Rossi and the other riders of the VR46 Riders Academy were supposed to have done some laps at Portimao. Everything was ready for a two-day test with road bikes on the Portuguese circuit, but at the last minute everything has been cancelled.

It was all due to the weather…

"Disastrous weather conditions, thunderstorms are expected, the director of the circuit told us - explained Alessio 'Uccio' Salucci to Sky Sport TV - We are thinking of postponing the tests to next week".

We will therefore still have to wait a bit longer before seeing the Doctor on the track, together with his ‘pupils’ including Morbidelli, Bagnaia and Marini, whom he will have to face again on the MotoGP bikes in March in Qatar.
