Two-wheel enthusiasts have to deal with the long winter and, consequently, a stop to the races. And as if that weren’t enough, the cancellation of Sepang, which has always been one of the most anticipated events of the season, since it represented the first race of the new year.
At this point, all we can do is console ourselves with the team presentations as we wait for the curtain to rise. The first will be Esponsorama Racing, the satellite Ducati team with Enea Bastianini in action on one side and Luca Marini on the other. The team has two distinct internal situations. We’re, in fact, talking about Avintia, for the Moto2 world champion, as well as Sky and the VR46 for the Doctor’s brother.
The fact is that the presentation of Esponsorama will be held on Friday the 5th, in Andorra, at 6 pm and will be visible in streaming.
On Tuesday, February 9th, at 4 pm, it’ll be Ducati’s turn with Pecco Bagnaia and Jack Miller, while Friday the 12th, the spotlight is on KTM with the official team and the Tech3 satellite team, which will star Danilo Petrucci, who’s with Herve Poncharal this year. Both can be watched in streaming.
Instead, the date chosen for Yamaha Factory is February 15th at 10:30 am, while the following day it’ll be team Sky’s turn, in the MotoGP with Luca Marini and in the Moto2 with Bezzecchi and Vietti. The Italian team is expecting a long day ahead of them with videos and interviews broadcast on channel 200.
As of now, they haven’t announced anything for Honda, Suzuki, Aprilia, and the Petronas team, with Rossi and Morbidelli riding the M1s.
