The 2020 MotoGP season is over, but fans can remain close to their heroes by bidding on the signed memorabilia in the 2020 MotoGP Stars Holiday Auction. Items from many of the best riders will be available to raise funds for Two Wheels, the official MotoGP charity, which ensures that life-saving care reaches communities across Africa.

The 2020 MotoGP World Championship was exciting but very different from any other year, since COVID-19 restrictions prohibited spectators and fans from entering most circuits. Two Wheels for Life was unable to organize its Day of Champions fundraising event for the first time in 31 years, as well as many other fundraising activities that usually give fans the chance to experience unique, trackside opportunities.

While fundraising initiatives were hit hard, rural communities in African countries have still continued to require, even more desperately, healthcare and services that can only reach them by motorbike.

Drivers, teams, and Dorna Sports are lending a hand this holiday season to ensure that the important work carried out by Two Wheels across Africa continues. They provided incredible items for the MotoGP Stars Holiday Auction 202, such as gloves signed by 2020 MotoGP World Champion Joan Mir (Team Suzuki Ecstar) and soaps signed by nine-time World Champion Valentino Rossi (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), as well as boots, gloves, and other unique pieces signed by Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team), Maverick Viñales (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), Danilo Petrucci (Ducati Team), Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar), and many more.

New and unique items are constantly being added, and all 66 boards signed by the riders in the #MotoGPSocial will also be added to the auction today.

How the Auction works: the auction starts in early December with more items being added throughout the month. Each item will be available for a period of three weeks.

The first items will be auctioned off on Sunday December 13th at 7pm, but the auction will continue throughout the Christmas break with bids on final items ending January 3rd at 7pm GMT.
