The MotoGP riders are already on the track at Misano for the first and only official test day of the year. But Franco Morbidelli, the winner of Sunday's Grand Prix, won’ t be there. The Petronas team rider has stomach problems and will be resting today. He still plans to be in the Emilia Romagna GP, which will start on Friday.

In the meantime, the first riders are all ready, with Quartarato, Aleix Espargarò, and Zarco opening the day in the morning. It’ll be an opportunity for everyone to test some innovations on their bikes and also experiment with the radio communication system that the Race Direction will use to warn them of any dangerous conditions on the track.

The tests will be divided into two sessions: one in the morning until 1:00 pm, then they’ll break an hour for lunch and will get back on the track from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

We'll keep you updated with the rankings throughout the day.
