Moto2, Anklebone fracture for Bezzecchi: "I will be OK for the first GP at Jerez"

The SKY VR46 team rider injured himself training on the motocross bike: "I'm already going to the gym, soon I'll be back on the bike to check my condition"

"I was happy to have started riding my bike again and now I'm stopped again,” Marco Bezzecchi spoke about the injury he picked up in training with a motocross bike with a shrug of his shoulders. The Sky VR46 team rider has been forced to walk on crutches after fracturing the talus of his right foot.

"It is a bit of a nasty bone but it was only a small injury - he assured - I have already started training in the gym, it will be okay at Jerez for July".

He will also have time to resume training on two wheels for that date.

"For sure before the race I will be able to get back on the bike, I already have a couple of days planned to check my condition" concluded Bezzecchi.
