MotoGP: Misano reopens: Thursday, May 14th - 40 riders on the track (including Rossi)

In recent days, professional riders have been able to start their training on tracks again: cross, dirt track, supermotard, anything just to be able to hold a handlebar in their hands again, and they missed the thrill of speed. But they'll soon be satisfying that desire because on Thursday, May 14th, the Misano circuit will reopen its doors.

The initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Italian Motorcycle Federation, and about forty riders (starting with Valentino Rossi and his Riders Academy riders) will be able to train on tracks again.

A special occasion that we'll be able to relive virtually on the website of the circuit named after Marco Simoncelli.

Riders will not only have the opportunity to get back on their bikes, but they'll also be able to appreciate an entirely new asphalt. The works ended in early March, involving an area of 50,000 square meters with the use of 6,000 tons of material.
