Moto - News: Arai RX-7V TT 2020: the helmet of the Tourist Trophy that will not race

It was due to be presented today Friday 27 March, the TT commemorative Arai. It would be unveiled at the Isle of Man by Michael Dunlop and Steve Plater during the official presentation of the TT, which of course was cancelled along with the race.

This is the Arai RX-7V Limited Edition TT 2020, designed by Aldo Drudi. Black, red and gold, it includes all the appealing elements of the Tourist Trophy, including the writing in Celtic characters, Ellan Vannin, the ancient name that also inspired a poem and a hymn. There is also the triskelion, the map of the Mountain Course, the Winged Mercury.

The fact of being linked to an edition of the Tourist Trophy that will not be disputed, will probably make this helmet very attractive among collectors. The Arai RX-7V limited edition for the TT 2020 will be available from June at a price of 1149 euros.
