We've been waiting for this, and the official announcement is finally out: the Spanish GP, which should have been held on the Angel Nieto circuit in Jerez from May 1st to 3rd, has been postponed.
This was announced by FIM, Dorna, and IRTA in a release specifying how the Coronavirus outbreak, which is also hitting Spain hard, made this decision necessary.
A date has not yet been set to recuperate the event, and a new calendar will be out shortly, but they'll have to take into account the evolution of the situation before being certain.
Officially, the first race on the calendar at this time remains the Le Mans GP in France, on May 17th, but this will also probably be postponed.
