Indiana "Indy" Muñoz died in Brazil during the first race of the Goias Superbike. She was in second position when she crashed at Turn Zero. Rescue workers intervened but there was nothing they could do. The race was held without an audience.
Indy was Brazilian champion and riding instructor. The event was cancelled after the accident.
