MotoGP: Hamilton on the M1: "Epic day, can’t wait to share”

Lots of fans were eagerly waiting to see the images of the most anticipated swap of the year. The Valencia test, where  Valentino Rossi and Lewis Hamilton exchanged their respective racing vehicles, took place on Monday, just two days ago. Yet, in the age of the web, a geological era seems to have passed, and the spread of any official image is slow to arrive, leaving the doors wide open to any type of conjecture.

The first to partially break the silence was Lewis Hamilton, probably the most active of the two when it comes to using social media. In fact, the British rider posted a story on Instagram that does nothing but increase the  hype around an already big event.

"The last few days have been epic. I can't wait to share everything with you. Sending positive vibes and love to everyone."

Even if it doesn't say much, the text from the post at least shows that Hamilton had a lot of fun riding Valentino's M1. On the other hand, there’s total silence from Rossi about the test. He’s already off to Abu Dhabi for the 12 Hours Endurance with Team Kessel, his brother, Luca Marini, and his friend, Uccio Salucci.

Hamilton shared another story on Instagram in the afternoon commenting on the lack of news on the Valencia swap and apologizing to fans because no official photos and information have been released.

HAMILTON'S STORY

This is the text from Lewis’ post: "Morning world! Hope everyone’s doing great. Sorry there’s been no news yet on what me and @valeyellow46 been up to yet but all I can say is that it was epic. We both did great, no troubles at all and had the best day ever.”
