MotoGP: Rossi’s tricolor helmet for Mugello

The Mugello circuit is a work of art for every rider and, perhaps, this gave Valentino Rossi and his trusted designer, Aldo Drudi, the idea for the graphics on the special helmet that the Doctor will use at Mugello. A simple design, with the three colors of the Italian flag brush-stroked like a painting.

It’s not the first time that the award-winning duo, Rossi-Drudi, have been inspired by the world of art. For last year's test, it was Latin American that influenced them, while this winter it was street art.

For Italy, instead, he focused on simplicity with brushstrokes that recall the flag. A style that’s far from comic strips and his sporting humor of the past and that, in some way,  adapts more to his maturity.
