A tribute. Something special for a rider that has always been in the hearts of racing fans.  The intent of the Ducati dealership in Portland was to create an exclusive Panigale V4S in memory of Nicky Hayden.  In addition to replicating the livery of the GP12 brought to the track by the "Kentucky Kid" in 2012, the set up enriches the already remarkable technical contents of the V4 from Bologna with additional inestimable parts that make it an even more sophisticated vehicle.

Head of the MotoCorsa dealership in Portland, Jamie Rucklos' idea was to have a fundraiser in favor of the Nicky Hayden Foundation and, for this reason, the special Panigale will be auctioned off for a week on ebay starting August 1st for $69,000 with the "Buy Now" option.

The entire livery of the bike was hand-made, and every single part of the bodywork was painted without the use of stickers or vinyl. In addition, the bike was extensively updated with parts from the Ducati catalog including an Akrapovic exhaust, Öhlins mono and fork - even more refined than the components on the standard model, ultralight BST carbon wheels, an Öhlins steering damper, Ducati Performance footrests, various Rizoma accessories, and profusion carbon.

All the proceeds of the auction will then be donated to the Nicky Hayden Memorial Fund, the institution created by his family to assist children.
