Silvio Sangalli, who worked as Ducati team coordinator in MotoGP, passed away yesterday at just 54 years of age. The team wanted to bid him a final farewell with this message: "Ciao Silvio, you left us far too early... The team will always remember you for your smile and for being so helpful. Our condolences to your family and friends. We will truly miss you."

Jorge Lorenzo also wanted to remember him: "Silvio Sangalli left us yesterday... a Ducati team member and a great friend to all of us who knew him. Sometimes life is unfair to those who least deserve it. I will always remember you for your big heart, your positivity and your helpfulness. RIP friend".

The GPOne team sends Silvio's family its sincere condolences.
