The hearing with Romano Fenati having concluded, the Tribunal of the Italian Motorcycling Federation has decided to confirm the  request for precautionary measures regarding Romano Fenati, thus suspending his racing licence.

Federal Attorney Antonio de Girolamo communicated the decision: "the Tribunal has accepted the request for cautionary measures regarding Fenati, thus suspending him from any sporting and federal activity".
