MotoGP, Van der Mark to replace Folger again at Valencia

As at Sepang, Michael will be back on the Tech3 Yamaha M1 in Spain, as Jonas is forced to rest due to an infection

Michael van der Mark will have another chance to ride the Yamaha M1 in MotoGP, standing in for Folger again at Valencia next week. As revealed by Tech3 team manager Hervé Poncharal, Jonas is suffering from Epstein Barr virus and needs time to recover, so will be unable to take part in the final GP of the season and the subsequent tests at Valencia.

As at Sepang, it will be Van der Mark who replaces him. The Dutchman himself confirmed this to website following the final SBK race in Qatar. Michael will be able to put himself to the MotoGP test once again, having finished a wet race in Malaysia, his debut appearance in the reigning class, in 16th place.
