The World Superbike will start again in ten days at the Lausitzring and there will be some 'new' faces. Davide Giugliano will ride the Red Bull Honda of team Ten Kate, and Roccoli will be on the Guandalini Yamaha in place of Smrz.
They aren't the only Italians though, because there's every chance that there could be a third at the German round. We're talking about Riccardo Russo, having split with Guandalini after the Misano round. In Germany, the Italian should be present with a Kawasaki, that of Lucio Pedercini. As we well know, the team focused on Alex De Angelis at the start of the season, but the trust then broke down between rider and team.
Russo therefore has a chance to start over, having ridden the Kawasaki in recent days, according to his Facebook page. This clue is not to be underestimated, we'll have confirmation by the weekend.
