The  Superbikes are back on track at Donington for round six of the season. The atmosphere is significantly more subdued than usual. The passing of Nicky Hayden has left a big hole in the bike world.

This afternoon, at 2pm local time, the riders across the various categories, as well as Dorna staff, FIM representatives and staff will gather on the straight in front of the garages to remember the American rider, who passed away on Monday evening at the Bufalini hospital in Cesena.

The Honda team will gather around the rider's Fireblade SP2, present inside the Ten Kate garage. A minute in which to remember Nicky, during which videos in his memory will be projected on the maxiscreen.

During the afternoon's ceremony, pitlane will also be open to the public.
