Stoner, a new dream house on the Gold Coast

Casey Stoner and his wife, Adriana found their new home to replace the ultra-luxurious 1114 square metre property on the Gold Coast, purchased for 4.5 million Australian Dollars.

The new mansion is in Upper Coomera, in a residential area that is also on the Gold Coast in Queensland, near Brisbane, but farther inland.

The house belonged to the former owner of a V8 Supercar team, Craig Gore, bankrupted in 2012 owing creditors more than $282 million. The Stoners purchased the 4.5ha equestrian-style property on Kriedeman Rd for $2.7 million.

Casey’s new retreat comes with a home theatre, games room, temperature-controlled wine cellar, guest pavilion, caretaker cottage, gym with sauna and a pool.

The property also has an international standard dressage arena and a vet room.
There is also a helipad. This could come in handy for frequent trips to the airport, should the former two-time world champion accept Ducati’s offer to work alongside Jorge Lorenza in his hunt for the 2017 championship title.

For Ducati, who had signed an extremely expensive contract for the entire team in the Valentino Rossi years with Jeremy Burgess going back and forth from Australia for almost every round, travelling business class, allowing Casey this small convenience should not be a problem.
