Moto2, Folger: look, ma, no hands... 300 Euros!

The German rider was held accountable for dangerous riding

Folger: look, ma, no hands... 300 Euros!

German rider, Jonas Folger was fined (articles 3.2.1 and 3.3.2.3) because during FP2, between turn 16 and turn 1, he took his hands off the handlebars.

We do not know if he did a wheelie or a Nac-Nac, but in any case, the track stewards reported it to Race Direction and they decided to fine the German.

Jonas, who will be racing in MotoGP next year with team Tech3, was obviously warned: 'dangerous riding' is strictly prohibited.

For the record, Folger can protest the decision, but he would have to pay a security deposit of 660 Euros.
