BMW S1000 RR 2012.  As guests of Team BMW Motorrad Italia, we headed to the Autodromo Piero Taruffi di Vallelunga for a track test of the latest German Superbike, along with a very special guest: Michel Fabrizio.

Despite less that perfect weather conditions and track temperatures around 8-9 degrees Celsius, we got several quality runs in on the 193 hp machine, getting a good fell for what the new bike was all about.  We also put together this short video with highlights from the days action, and Michel Fabrizio comparing the street version with his WSBK race machine.
