With the week long Wrooom team presentation event at Madonna di Campiglio, the new MotoGP season has symbolically gotten under way. And while the latest version of the Desmosedici won't appear at the Italian resort, the main attraction, Valentino Rossi, was made available to the media today.

The Doctor seemed to be in good spirits, talking to journalists with a mix between his usual sense of humor and a healthy dose of realism.  He didn't make any grand predictions for the upcoming season, but rather stressed his desire to move past his difficult debut year with Ducati.
