Today the Petronas SRT team was officially presented to the press. The nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi will share the garage with his friend and MotoGP runner-up Franco Morbidelli. Together they unveiled the Yamaha YZR-M1 livery. For this occasion and throughout the entire MotoGP season, Belotti will be alongside - or rather, on the helmet - of Franco Morbidelli.

A rider with a crystalline talent and determination that leads him to always give his best and improve from race to race, Franco Morbidelli is a professional driven by a strong passion but also a helpful and kind guy off the track. His personality and the results achieved, therefore, do honour to a young champion who is very dear to us. Belotti, in fact, can be recognized in these essential traits, which are very similar to the values and daily challenges in the company: determination in the constant development of increasingly high-performance and cutting-edge technologies; humanity in relations with customers and all collaborators; passion for their work done with commitment, every day.

"For over 40 years, Belotti SpA has been designing and manufacturing 3 and 5 axis machining centres for the milling and trimming of composite materials, light alloys and plastic - mentioned CEO Umberto Belotti - The automotive industry is one of the main sectors where Belotti solutions are applied and have always been appreciated, with particular reference to the Racing and top of the range segment (super and hypercars). It is therefore "natural" to choose to support a great man and champion like Franco Morbidelli in this new 2021 season of MotoGP. Seeing Belotti as the rider’s official sponsor is a source of enthusiasm and great honour. We wish him the best for this new 2021 season and we are eager to see both team riders write another chapter in the history of MotoGP. "
