MotoGP, Mir: "Brivio a point of reference, a difficult situation for Suzuki"

Joan, however, demonstrated he has confidence in the team: "We will be able to do a good job, we have the people capable of doing it"

MotoGP: Mir:

After the triumph of last season, this year Joan Mir will have to defend his MotoGP title. It is never a simple undertaking to repeat the feat and things have been made complicated by Davide Brivio leaving the scene. The Italian manager was essential for the team and the goal is to be able not to suffer too much from his absence.

“Brivio was a point of reference for the team - admitted the Spanish driver interviewed on Sky Sport24 - It is a very difficult situation for the team, but I am very relaxed and I have confidence in them. I am sure we will be able to do a good job, we have the people who can do it”.

Suzuki has decided not to bring in a manager from the outside to run the team, this means that Project Leader Shinichi Sahara will be in control of all aspects, relying on the people who were already in the team.

The goal will be to maintain that balance that Brivio had managed to create, without any revolutions.
