At the end of the first part of the 12 Hours of the Gulf race on the Sakhir track in Bahrain, the crew composed by Valentino Rossi, Uccio Salucci and Luca Marini occupies the 5th position overall, one lap behind the leading team, the Seas Motorport that fields a McLaren 720s GT3.
The last stint is up to Luca Marini, who brings the car back to the pits with a lap behind the 4th position occupied by the Parker Racing Team. At 15:30 the second and obviously last part of the race starts and in this phase the concentration of the teams and the mechanical resistance of the cars will be decisive. It was in the last 4 hours of the previous edition of the Endurance race that the ranking was revolutionized up to reward the constancy of Team VR46 Monster, able to take 3rd place overall.
