Iker Lecuona was not at the European Grand Prix last weekend, after his brother had been found positive to Covid. The Tech3 rider, although negative, had to observe a precautionary isolation period of 10 days.

Today Iker will undergo a testing swab and, if it is negative, he will be able to head to Valencia where, after a second test, he could get back on his KTM in FP3, following the same protocol that allowed Valentino Rossi to participate in the last GP.

“I'm really happy to know that it will be possible to go to Valencia this weekend, even if only on Saturday - said Lecuona - This means that I will be able to ride my bike and do the race, it's great news”.
