Moto2: BREAKING NEWS - No fracture for Marini, will try to ride tomorrow

Good news from the Le Mans hospital, where Luca Marini had been transferred for a suspected fracture of the malleolus of his left ankle. Tests ruled out fractures, but his ankle is very swollen.

The Sky team rider was involved in an ugly highside during the FP2s and, from x-rays taken at the circuit, they couldn’t figure out if he had suffered a fracture, so that’s why he was transferred to the hospital.

Tomorrow Marini will try to get on his bike and assess his conditions in the FP3s.
