The quest for the world championship title starts from Tavullia, more precisely from the place where the riders train during the week, namely the Ranch. It’s a new presentation for the Sky Racing Team VR46 in the aftermath of the announcement that Rossi will no longer be in the official Yamaha team.

It is not the Doctor who does the honours at home however, but Alessio Salucci, who is following the project closely: “Being here in Tavullia is something unique - he explained - I am confident for this season, given that we have competitive riders and bikes. It will be a challenging World Championship, since Moto2 and Moto3 have now reached a very high level. Despite my commitments alongside Vale, I am always in contact with Pablo Nieto."

Sky TV’s Guido Meda then introduced the team manager, who presented the event: "We are ready to tackle a new season with new energy - said Nieto - I think we can have a good time trying to be protagonists, since this is our goal".

Hopes are pinned on Luca Marini, who is aiming straight for the top step of the podium: "The pressure is always on and every year is important - said Valentino's brother - we will have to start quickly and try to have a good time."

Alongside him there will be a new entry, namely Marco Bezzecchi: “When Uccio and Alby told me about this opportunity it was a dream - he commented - I came from a complicated period, but in the end, I was really happy. I can't wait to start the season, also because I don't know how to thank them."

In Moto3, on the other hand, the season will start again with the confirmation of Vietti: "Last year I wasn’t very prepared, since I had to get to know a lot of things including the tracks - he said - this time I have more confidence and we will have to try to be competitive and fight to stay ahead" .

There is also something new with regard to the Moto3 category, with the return of Andrea Migno: "Personally I am excited to go back home - he said - I know how important this 2020 is and I can't wait to start”.
