MotoGP: Rossi: "Barcelona? It'll be another difficult weekend."

What can we expect from Yamaha in Barcelona? Many are curious to know after the last race ten days ago at Mugello. On that occasion, the riders from the team with the three tuning forks logo had to deal with various difficulties, especially Valentino Rossi, who even ended up falling after a few laps from the start.

Now that the MotoGP is arriving to Spain, a reaction is expected, but it won't be that predictable. In fact, number 46 takes precautions: "This is a track that I really like," said the Doctor. "But I already know that it'll be a difficult weekend, since we struggled last year without being able to be competitive. We'll still do our best to work very carefully and try to be fast."

The day after the race he'll be back in action. "The tests will be on Monday," recalled Rossi. "We'll have to use this opportunity to do our best."

The Catalan race is a special one for Maverick Vinales, who 'll be racing with the M1 in front of his home crowd. "I can't wait to race, since this is a very special track for me," the Spanish rider commented. "I hope I can give my fans a good result, and why not the podium? This is always our goal and also the ideal track."

The Yamaha rider didn't forget his recent difficulties. “Mugello was a very difficult race because it was demanding from a physical point-of-view." recalled Maverick. "We must continue to work hard to be able to find the bike's weak point and return to fight for the upper echelons."
