Many motorcyclists would like to ride on the track with their idols, with the riders who have written pages and pages of world history on the track. The first on the list for many can only be Valentino Rossi and for once four fans have been able to realize their dream. In Misano, during the Dainese Riding Masters, one of the most awaited activities was the course held by Valentino himself, which could be accessed by participating in an auction whose proceeds were entirely allocated to the Simoncelli Foundation.
The four generous fans who won a place offered a total of 49,000 euros, going beyond expectations and especially managing to combine for one day the desire to have fun on the track with their idol while doing something really good for the others. Chapeau.
Back in the pits, all four students of Valentino for a day had a face marked by vivid emotions, the gaze of those who really crowned a little dream. We talked with two of them, Stefano Costa and Chris Bowen, to tell us how it went and what this experience represented for them. Here's how it went!
