The Assen weekend is by now a distant memory and Andrea Iannone is keen for redemption in Germany. In fact, the Italian has high expectations for the round ahead of the three week summer break.

The Suzuki rider has absolutely no intention of dropping his guard: “I hope it is a positive weekend so I can spend my holiday with more peace of mind – The Maniac commented – The Sachsenring is a track that adapts well to the characteristics of our bike, so I am convinced that we will be able to have good confidence.”

Iannone has a clear idea: “After Holland, I want to get back to battling with the best – he warned – We have grown a lot in this first part of the championship season, but we do not want to stop now.” On the other side of the garage, Alex Rins is pumped up after his second place finish two Sundays ago at the Dutch round.

The Spaniard is chomping at the bit: “I can’t wait to get back on the track – he commented – This track flows very well and at the same time has some particularly fast corners. Suzuki has always been competitive here – he added – I’ll try to achieve an important result since we will be on holiday after this.”
