MotoGP, Valentino Rossi blows out 38 candles... on track

He waited for the break and got the whole team together to celebrate with him on 16th February. Just after 1pm, Valentino Rossi changed out of his leathers and headed for the Yamaha hospitality. Waiting for them there was his entire team together with a surprise cake, made to celebrate the Doctor's 38th birthday.

There was just time to take a group photo and enjoy a slice of cake and then it was back to the track for the second part of the day. At the time of writing, Vinales is leading the way, but Rossi won't want his day ruined by his new Yamaha team-mate....
