Magneti Marelli to double up: in Moto2 from 2019

The Italian company has won the bid to supply the Moto2 class' ECU for the 2019-2021 period

Magneti Marelli to double up: in Moto2 from 2019

Moto2 has an extra pinch of Italian in its future. From 2019, Magneti Marelli will be “Official Supplier” of the ECU up to 2021. After its efforts in the reigning class, the Italian company has won the bid to supply the intermediate class with its ECUs for the 2019-2021 period.

The agreement has been confirmed today and made public with a release issued by the FIM, following the decision of the Grand Prix Commission, composed of Carmelo Ezpeleta (CEO Dorna Sports), Paul Duparc (FIM), Herve Poncharal (IRTA President), Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA).
