Final test of the year for Casey on the Desmosedici; he will alternate with test rider Pirro, on track tomorrow

MotoGP: Stoner on the Ducati at Valencia today and Wednesday

Casey Stoner is back on the Desmosedici MotoGP at Valencia. The Australian has come to Spain and will be hard at work at the Ricardo Tormo track today and again on Wednesday, while test rider Michele Pirro will take over tomorrow, continuing with the work to develop Dovizioso and Lorenzo's bikes.

The Kangaroo will therefore have a first chance to test the GP17 with the new 'winged' fairing and provide important feedback for the final races of the season, in which Andrea will fight it out with Marquez and Vinales for the title.

This is Stoner's final test of 2017, but his commitment with Ducati will continue next year. As was the case last winter, the Australian will be on track in late January, at Sepang, to test the 2018 version of the Desmosedici, just a few days before the start of official testing, in which all riders will participate.
