Moto3: FP2: Mir continues to lay down the law, Fenati 2nd

Second free practice for the young Moto3 riders, who took advantage of a hotter, more grippy track, which allowed everyone (except for Rodrigo and Danilo, who had missed the first session) to improve on their best times of the morning.

The eventual winner of the time attack was Joan Mir, who continues to dominate in this first part of the season. The Spaniard set a best of 1’50”248, 0.564 ahead of Romano Fenati in second, who in turn closes ahead of Nicolò Bulega (+0.683), third just as he was in the first session.

Fourth for John Mcphee, fast throughout the entire session on his Honda, ahead of Niccolò Antonelli, the first to lap in over 1’50, Juanfran Guevara and Darryn Binder. Eighth for Aron Canet, while Enea Bastianini is the first to be more than one second behind, rounding out the top ten ahead of Tatsuki Suzuki, riding for the SIC58 team.
