Moto2: Dynavolt Intact GP ready to astonish with the Suter

2017 is the year of changes for Dynavolt Intact GP. In fact, the German team bid farewell to Jonas Folger, who moved up to MotoGP with Tech3, and at the same time it ended its time with Kalex. It will therefore restart with an adventure full of new motivations represented by Suter, making a return to Moto2.

The confirmations are not lacking, including Sandro Cortese, with new entry Marcel Schrotter coming alongside him for the occasion. It will be up to them to hold the colours high for the German team that raised the curtain in Memmingen, Bavaria. Presenting the event were Edgar Mielke and Alex Hofmann with the participation of two-wheel legends such as Toni Mang, Adi Stadler and Ralf Waldmann. Maximilian Günther was also on hand, Formula 3 runner-up champion.

For the new season, Dynavolt Intact GP has decided to trust in Jürgen Lingg as team manager, whereas the crew chiefs will be Patrick Mellauner and Alfred Willeke. In view of the season opener, Sandro Cortese is chomping at the bit for the new adventure astride the Suter: “Restarting with this bike was the right decision – the rider said – I knew it from the first test. I can’t wait for the Championship to begin – he added – Physically I feel good. I worked hard after the injury last year and now I am ready to tackle the last tests.”

There are also high expectations for Marcel Schrotter: “I finally feel like I am part of a factory team – the new entry said – From the very first day I sensed a lot of confidence and enthusiasm in me from this team. I know that there are high expectations and I am sure that we have everything it takes to do well.
