Race replica of the Italian SuperSport to be made. 675 or 800, will be produced in a limited edition of 350 units

Moto - News: MV Agusta F3 RC: a 'made in Italy' exclusive

MV Agusta introduces a bike that will... take your breath away! Directly from the Schiranna Reparto Corse, introducing the WSS 2016 replica of one of the supersport bikes that Italians like the best and not only that, but the F3, that takes on the name of F3 RC. A bike that is born for the corners, for late braking to the limit, for violent acceleration. Clearly, RC is the acronym for Reparto Corse, ergo, extreme technical development, thanks to direct feedback from the riders who use it in the races.

TWO ALTERNATIVES - The F 3 RC comes in two engine sizes for a total of 350 units, a limited edition, an exclusive: 675 or 800 is the choice, both highlighting the in-line three-cylinder engine. The F3 675 RC reaches 128 HP (94.2 kW) of power at 14,400 rpm and 71 Nm (7.24 kgm) of torque at 10,900, whereas the F3 800 boasts 148 HP (108.8 kW) of power at 13,000 rpm and 88 Nm (8.97 kgm) of torque at 10,600. The electronics are centred around the MVICS platform (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System), which allows top-level effective performance management through the Ride By Wire with a multimap approach (3 predefined maps and one entirely customisable one) and the traction control, adjustable to 8 levels. The frame is a mixed structure: the front trellis section in stainless steel tubing and the aluminium alloy plates in the central area. At the rear there is a 576.5 mm single arm, all for a wheelbase the measures in at 1,380 mm.

EXCLUSIVITY - The racing vocation of this model is clear from the first glance: in fact, the only colour scheme offered is a tribute to the wins brought home by the official factory riders, Jules Cluzel and Lorenzo Zanetti in the most important international competitions. And the riders’ autographs placed on the side fairings are a testament to the fact that they were the ones, along with the essential contribution of the Reparto Corse, who developed this extremely exclusive model. The rear stand that comes with it allows you to carry out small maintenance just like in pit lane. The bike cover, on the other hand, celebrates the elegance of this three-cylinder even during the down time between one race and the next. The certificate of origin attests to the exclusivity of a unique bike in terms of technical content, precision assembly, charm and performance.
