Good things come in threes, but do they also come in nines? This is what many are asking, because the MotoGP is having a record year, with eight different winners in the last eight races. In theory, this list could continue to grow and there is at least one name that should be added.
Yes, when the top MotoGP riders were asked who could be number nine, the response was unanimous: “Dovizioso” they stated. The Forlì rider clearly has the bike and the talent to be able to get the job done.
Marquez was the first to say his name, "he's come close already several times” and Rossi, Lorenzo and Pedrosa agreed.
But another name had been raised a little earlier, that of Nicky Hayden, who is at Aragon to stand in for Miller.
