Aleix Espargarò may not race on Sunday. The Suzuki rider fell in the afternoon session, injuring his hands: X-rays show a small fracture of the middle finger on his left hand and a pulled ligament in his right thumb.
The doctors are treating Aleix so that he can get back in the saddle, but the decision whether or not to continue will be taken tomorrow.
“We need to wait to see how he feels during the night and then tomorrow morning we will decide together what to do” explains team manager Davide Brivio.
