Lorenzo visits a new track in Kazakhstan

Jorge Lorenzo flew to Kazakhstan to visit the new Sokol circuit, or to at least get an idea of how it will be once it's completed. The track, designed by Hermann Tilke (and that will measure 4495 metres) is still under construction, though work should be completed shortly.

The track will be able to host international competitions including MotoGP and SBK and Lorenzo has said he “can't wait to try it on a bike”. The circuit is located close to Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan where Jorge was welcomed for a meeting with fans and local members of the press.
