MotoGP, Yamaha: new frame and private tests tomorrow

For Yamaha this will be only the first of two days of testing at Barcelona. In fact, the official team of Rossi and Lorenzo have decided to stay at Montmelò tomorrow as well for other private tests. This is the first time this season that the Manufacturer from Iwata will be using one of the five days of testing that the regulations permit.

Today and tomorrow Valentino and Jorge will test some important changes to the chassis: a brand new frame and two new swingarms. The goal is to be able to take the best possible advantage of the Michelin tyres, especially in the event of low temperatures, a small weak point of the M1.

The two riders will also be testing the new tyres and some changes to the electronics.
